Global Projects Highlights :

Effort Estimation Framework : Instrumental in developing an excel based framework to estimate the efforts at the Pricing Stage to ensure accurate pricing to the client. This was presented to the Vista Board of Directors and was successfully implemented across GS function.

PSA migration (OpenAir to Kimble) - Project Manager : Managed end to end data migration and reporting activities for the Central Operations. Integral part of the core SME group and was involved in developing ground rules, governance, system structure, data fields, etc that are of significant operation importance.

Project Manager Dashboard : Conceptualized and delivered a comprehensive BI Tool based dashboard for Project Managers which had a great positive impact on the PM community by improving transparency (i.e making data available in consumable form) & efficiency (i.e enabled them to take timely action to avoid leakage from projects).

• Handled end to end Re-Insurance accounts of the HongKong Taiwan Region Clients.
• Analyzed and processed huge data, including data cleansing to arrive at usable and meaningful information, performing comparison analysis between the data and the statement of accounts before proceeding with the booking the figures in the systems.
• Finalizing Yearly accounts and preparing yearly P&L accounts as per the treaty agreement.

Global Projects Highlights :

Project - SWISS RE ASIA LIMITED (SRAL)

Swiss Re Asia Limited (SRAL) is a global project to move the treaties from Zurich Entity to a newly established Asia Entity. This involved :

• Working closely with the Actuarial Management team and understanding the nuances of the model and reporting structure
• Liaising with the client to resolve discrepancies between the data and the modelling systems.
• Preparing and maintain dashboards to track the progress, challenges and timely completion of the project.

• Preparation of Quarterly Financial Statements for UK region, majorly revolving around Fixed assets and Intangibles, Prepayments & Other Income and Other assets.
• Providing the monthly and quarterly commentary for the movements in Balance sheet accounts along with the backing up supports to the onshore team.
• Reporting Average Assets on Balance sheet quarterly classifying Interest bearing/Non- Interest bearing for yield ratio analysis and movement analysis.
• Monthly UK Dashboard includes Journals analysis, Business updates, productivity hours, attrition and T1s posted on MOM & QOQ basis.
• Part of Robotics project, automating Notional and MTM reconciliation with Manual adjustments for Quarterly reporting purposes across different regions for standardization.

• Calculated estimated and US Federal & State tax liabilities and issued payment instructions to clients to facilitate timely corporate tax payments.
• Prepared all federal and state income tax paperwork for extensions and returns and reviewed the returns to comply with corporate submission requirements.
• Participated in creation of tax footnotes for public tax filings to improve corporate transparency and credibility.
