- Handled 17 new hotel project at green field stage out of which 7 hotels successfully completed and pre-opened at concept hospitality.
- Handled 10 Brown field project taking handover and implementing required aesthetic and plant and machinery changes and pre-opened the properties.
- Handling Pan India hotels Engineering related queries, HLP and budgeting.
- Implemented Chiller Replacement of 2 x 150 TR VFD Screw Air cooled chillers at Pride Chennai to achieve energy savings of 30% by replacing the old 1 x 150 Screw Air cooled Chillers (investment of 1 Cr and ROI period of 24 months)
- Completed LED retrofit projects for 23 properties in phases across India with ROI period of 15 months
- Working on the Open Access for complete Green Energy for the Entire Hotel.
