- I joined LTTS in June 2019 as a mechanical trainee engineer and underwent training in Creo, ANSYS, Solidworks & AutoCAD.
- Due to a few external issues, I was placed into an IT Support project i.e. Application Management Services (AMS) for Black and Veatch, a US based, Global Construction and Infrastructure company.
- I quickly picked up skills and knowledge required for the job. This included communication, level 2 and level 3 IT technical support for licensing and application infrastructure.
- Over the past 3 years, I have worked on multiple projects that included license migration for applications from the Windows 2008 Server environment to the Windows 2016 Server environment, Physical to Virtual Migration which included transferring application data and licenses on an on-prem virtual server or an Azure server from physical servers.
- I have also worked in Configuration Management Database project where we map the required Configuration Items with all its respective attributes.
- I have configured applications to work with database servers and delivered it to the customer, managed this project on my own.
- I am currently working on a project to implement a new application in Black and Veatch. This entails licensing, database server configuration, application server configuration and web client configuration.
- I have won 5 awards for my contribution to the project and I am always ready to take on a new challenge.
