· Currently a Certified Specialty Trainer |TSE/SPR | RP WW Selling Partner Services (SPS).

· SERP: A re-review initiative that helps in auditing the ASIN and enforcing a seller account. This helps in reviewing the product and finding out root cause for the ASIN’s restriction and trying to educate the seller with the respect to the Amazon policies. This was started as ad-hoc based activity and with continues improvement and inflow generation, the team is now established globally with 16-20 HC and still hiring whenever there’s a requirement.

· Evasive Detection System (EDS) - Played a pivotal role in ML based model which identifies the illegal products listed with textual variations. The model can automatically capture evasive words used in catalog against registered keywords. The evasive words and corresponding ASINs are uploaded to redshift table as per Ops convenience. This helped in detecting ~389K Evasive listings quarterly.

· Anomaly Detection System (ADC) – Onboarded supervised ML model which identifies misclassifications and improves classification by surface new anomalies. This is helps in reducing the risk as well as human effort reduction. Post pilot testing, based on the feedback amendments, we were able to save 4% HC (~250 days).

· Shadow: Based on the external search, I have created a process flow which will increase the scope of existing policies across drugs and Tobacco category. This helped in mitigating the risk and reducing the customer exposure rate from 45 in 2020 to 20 in 2021.

· Cross- Marketplace: An SQL based mini project, which helps in identifying the non-compliant products by cross-utilizing the data from other Marketplaces. This helped in identifying ASINs 5x faster as compared to the manual methods.

· UNION: A cross-utilization program aimed to mutually reduce the risk between Restricted Policy, Dangerous goods and export restriction policies.

· AMM-CAI Transition: Handled the whole transition of SERP process in the smoothest way possible from Amman node to Cairo node by providing guidance to the managers and mentoring associates.
