- Vendor management: Onboarding & Managing Vendors for Grocery Large Appliance, Non large, Prexo, Hyper local. Have onboarded 100+ vendors successfully. Resolved customer complaints in an effective manner while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Tech management: Ensure all the critical tech tickets are getting solved on time with the TAT less than 1.5 days and remaining tickets less than 2days
- AR management: Coordinating with both Finance team for monthly alignments w.r.t the invoices and AR Utilization(Invoice) >99% with less number of rejections.
- Seller management: Coordinating with all the sellers regarding agreement signing and any inventory movements.
- Team management: Managing a team of 4 members and ensuring all the daily reports and billing are getting done on time.
- Inventory management: Highlighting returns inventory having greater than 90 days so the team can explore for priority liquidation.
- Part of billing automation(Which avoids finance team for validating and releasing the invoices). With this automation we can get the invoices whenever we required.
