As a visual designer, I am responsible is to design corporate identities, proposals, advertisements, sales collaterals, catalogs, client presentations, newsletters, etc.

I Ensure that all design projects apply our brand consistently and creatively while presenting a unified message, voice, and visual identity.

I also guide my team through the design process, leading brainstorms, gathering background information, attending kick-off meetings, developing a design schedule, providing design options, presenting and defending concepts, incorporating feedback from partners, and publishing and archiving final work.

I worked with Mediawide Labs Private Ltd, is a web to print solution provider. I led a team of 2+ designers as project leader. My responsibility was to interact with marketing team to obtain specific requirements to finalize design concept.

I was responsible to create template using adobe indesign to provide online print solution for posters, cards, and coupons.

I worked with Sigma’s Canada based client, Pronk & Associates where I led a team of 5+ designers as project leader. I worked for major projects like Mcgraw Hill, Holt, Harcourt, Glencoe, Saxon, Houghton Mifflin, Oxford University.

I was also working as in-house designer for Sigma Software Solutions to create professional presentations, invitations, etc.

I was responsible to Interact with counter parts to obtain specific requirements to finalize design as per expectations and parameters.

In Affinity Express Pvt. Ltd, I was responsible to create innovative designs for newspaper advertisements and coupons.

I also worked on technical issues like color correction, font correction and image correction. I was also responsible for validation and project mentoring for quality maintenance.

I worked as in-house designer and as faculty (computer lab), mass communication with Amity University, Raipur.

My responsibility was to create newspaper advertisement, posters, presentations, banners, flyers and brochures for marketing team.
I also worked with vendors like printing agencies for final output.

In Central Chronicle, I worked with senior editors to understand the soul of article to convert text into designs. Creatively integrated designs with text to compose supplements of newspapers.

I also participated in production of printing promotional material for key client under direction of marketing department.
