• Built the Customer’s online ordering experience for KFC Android and iOS Super Apps in 8 MENA countries viz. – which are now the world’s highest-rated KFC Apps.
• Delivered the Super App Platform (running Pizza Hut & Hardees) with advanced capabilities like – multi-brand, multi-country, and multi-lingual. Conducted competitive research to benchmark KFC Assets.
• Improved Ratings of the Apps from 3.5 at launch to 4.5 current (KFC UAE). Increased the CR% of KFC Apps by analyzing funnels, reducing steps in user journeys, location-independent flows, and addressing optimizations.
• Created detailed user stories encompassing User Experience, Technical Details like API Contracts, Acceptance Criteria, and Corner Cases on Jira.
• Liaised among cross-functional teams to elicit & analyze requirements to accomplish business-critical tasks throughout the product life-cycle.
• Increased the performance of Push Notification campaigns in CleverTap. Published Reports to the management on Product Roadmap, the efficiency of feature releases, and app performance metrics.
• Implemented AI/ML-based recommendation engine for upsell items. Conducted A/B testing to experiment and check user preferences before rolling out any big feature to maintain user experience.
