Working as a Prod. Engineer in production dept
Key working area in Setting maintaining & Development Job programming of VMC & CNC.
Monitoring & Parameter setting for CNC & VMC Machines like Drilling, Tapping & Milling, Turning, boring for smooth flow of production.
Arranging the tooling for CNC turning operations.
Maintaining monthly production, rework, rejection, targets & action plan to improve positively.
Daily JH check sheet, POKA-YOKE sheet updation & corrective action if any abnormality found.
Daily production & loss tracking, updation with backup data.
Monthly Production planning in coordination with PPC Team & Equipment sourcing, technical & commercial evaluation along with purchase team.
Undertaking root cause analysis of problems and developing effective counter measures initiating improvement ideas generation & implementation.
Coordination between all operational depts., Purchase, Stores, IQA, Inprocess QC.
Ensure Productivity from Permanent Operators as well as contract manpower as per daily sales plan.
To achieve & supervise daily production as per target.
Making the production plan for the shift.
Allocation of manpower in the shift.
Attending the process problem on the machines and doing trouble shooting.
Preparing of work instruction, safety instruction.
Maintaining 5 'S' in production line.
Giving training to operators on SAFETY first.
Documentation of line P, Q, C, D, S, M parameters trend and improvements details to every month MRM meet (Monthly Review Meeting).
Prepare daily report on line Progress / Loss / Action Initiation.
Shift to shift Co-ordination.
