- Ensure Productivity from Permanent Operators as well as contract manpower as per daily sales plan.

- Attending the process problem on the machines and doing trouble shooting.
- Preparing of work instruction, safety instruction.
- Maintaining 5 'S' in production line.
- Giving training to operators on SAFETY first.
- Documentation of line P, Q, C, D, S, M parameters trend and improvements details to every month MRM meet (Monthly Review Meeting).
- Prepare daily report on line Progress / Loss / Action Initiation.
- Shift to shift Co-ordination.
