  • Corporate Volunteering Program Management: Collaborating with corporate partners to design, implement, and manage employee volunteering programs. This includes identifying volunteer opportunities that align with the companies' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives and the needs of communities under skill-based volunteering.
  • Corporate Volunteering with 18+ Tech giants (Synchrony, Adobe, JP Morgan, GEN Norten, Quest Global, etc) along with implementing partner / NGOs (AISECT, DEED, Way For Life, Thuvakkum, Quantum Learning, Robinhood Army etc) which nearly supports the organization in generating approx. 1 crore of funds. Also I have did full coordination with all the stakeholders human which also includes preparing activity or volunteering calendars.
  • Also supported the organization in collaborating with Central Government Vidhyanjali (Central Government Scheme – SCERT Head – which supported the organization collaborating with schools in implementing Book donation drive via Robinhood Army, Daan Utsav – Programme Design, NGO Engagement, Mentorship programs with college students through corporate volunteering.

  • Also have identified various Problem statements of grassroot NGOs in the areas of marketing, Strategy & Technology in creating their : HR Portals, websites, social media strategies etc then engagement with Corporate / Tech companies.
  • NGO/School Partnerships: Engaging with NGOs/Schools to understand their problem statements under the areas of strategy, marketing and technology education and matching them with suitable corporate volunteers or resources. This may involve evaluating NGOs to ensure alignment with program goals, as well as onboarding and managing relationships.
  • Implementation & Coordination: Organizing volunteering & CSR events such as donation drives, skill-based volunteering sessions, or community service days. This includes logistical planning, volunteer engagement, and ensuring successful project execution & implementation.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking the impact of volunteering activities, collecting data, and providing insights to stakeholders. This helps demonstrate the value and outcomes of the programs.
  • Advocacy and Outreach: Promoting the concept of corporate volunteering within the Nasscom foundation community, encouraging more companies to participate, and sharing best practices for CSR.
  • Capacity Building for NGOs: Providing support and resources to NGOs to strengthen their ability to work with corporate volunteers and leverage the partnerships effectively.
  • Also managing their volunteering portal by updating it with different self-created activities, the portal name is MuKartavya.
