Managing the company's information technology (IT) projects, systems, and infrastructure. This role ensures the effective planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems to support the company's objectives and goals.
Develop, manage and implement IT policies and best practices to ensure the security and efficiency of the company's IT systems and by nature of business that of the clients.
Oversee the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT/AV infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers. This would apply to the company and Clients.
Manage third-party IT agencies, their deliverables and service quality as per company standards and AMC.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and consultants to maintain efficient IT operations.
Work closely with the sales and design team to identify and analyze the IT needs of clients and recommend appropriate solutions. Simultaneously work with operations and community teams to understand existing client needs and develop IT packages/solutions to help create ancillary revenue streams for the company.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to IT security and data protection.
