 Provisioning and testing of services like ILL, MPLS, VUTM, VPLS/EPIPE (L2VPN and L3VPN) for
PAN India and overseas customers on Cisco, ALCATEL, Juniper & Huawei.
 Troubleshooting of issues related to ILL, L2VPN and L3VPN services, PE-CE link issues, routing
issue. Working on Downtime Activities like BW shuffle, Failover and BW Testing, CE Turn-up /
Replacement, LM Shifting, Routing Protocol change, VRF migration, topology change, service
activation, Configuring Multi-COS etc.
 Configuration of managed customer routers as per the customer requirement which involves
routing protocols, HSRP, VRRP, DHCP, NAT, GLBP, IPSLA, PBR, QOS, Port Security, STP Security,
DHCP Snooping, Privilege Levels, access-lists, etc.
 Assistant shift-lead to distribute and govern daily scheduled activities.
 Hands-on on ALU routers (SR 7750).
 Hands on Experience of Cisco Routers (1900, 2600, 2900,3900,4300 series) and Ethernet
switches (1900, 2900 series), Juniper routers (M320, Mx960, Mx104)/switches, Huawei switches.
 Troubleshooting & configuring IPSEC technology (DMVPN, Site-to-Site VPN, GETVPN) at customer
edge routers.
 Configuring and Troubleshooting AAA and TACACS+ at CPE.
 Delivering cloud solutions to the customer via ASW, Azure & GCP.
