• Responsible for customer query management, customer complaints, escalations via phone call, walk-in, email, or snail mails within TAT
• Responsible for customers query related to Assured Return (Pre- Post-Handover)
• Handling the bank loans documentation (TPA, PTM, NOC, BBA) of the customer for further disbursal of amount to the Company
• Sending construction updates to the customers on a regular basis
• Coordination with finance & accounts and the legal department for day-to-day work
• Ensuring systematic follow-up on collection with the team/customers and channel partners
• Builder Buyer Agreement Execution & Registration
• Making approval for Interest waiver & refund, Cancellation and refund, Fund transfer
• Developed strong connections with high net-worth clients by attending calls & emails within TAT
• Possession of the unit & registration process of sale deed & Conveyance deed
• Intra-office coordination to resolve clients query within TAT
• Key Responsibility areas: Managing entire Life cycle of units allotted (Commercial project-M3M 65th Avenue)
• Providing Pre handover amount to the client
• Post-Handover cases (Lease guarantee)
• Formalizing customer communication on updates
• Agreement registration and Sale deed registration
• Interact with people for collection of outstanding due and send demand for the same
• Fund Transfer making approval for Interest waiver & refund
• Ensuring all the documents starting from initial sale deed to the pending payments of CAM and IFMS are all paid and updated
• Ensuring the Complete file of the customer has been audited by the legal team for required documents to process the file for Possession (Handing over the unit to customer)

• Responsible for the security, safety and comfort of passengers, from pre-boarding the aircraft until they arrive at their final destination
• Generating revenue through Inflight Sales(DutyFree) as well as Sales of other services offered by the Airline
• Ensuring proper discipline, grooming and code of conduct is followed at all points of time
• Implementing innovative methods and ideas to achieve commitment
• Establishing & ensuring strict adherence to company service, safety & grooming standards
• Maintaining the timeliness of Crew transport & Admin and conducting pre & post flight checks
• Providing onboard passenger services in flight and serving the meals to the passengers according to the travel timings
• Making sure passengers are comfortable at any point of time on board
• Providing superior service consistency by communicating regularly with Crew
• Addressing crew issues & generating the report on the same to Head-In-flight
• Monitoring the speedy resolution of client queries and grievances to maximise satisfaction levels
• Ensuring maintenance of excellent relations with passengers & service delivery throughout the flight to generate avenues for additional business
