1. Project: JKPDD’s Smart Meter Roll-out

Objective: Integrate the Head End System (HES) and Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management System (MDMS) using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Scope: Integrate HES (Crystal) with MDMS for 300,000 smart meters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Understand client requirements, engage with business teams, and provide solutions.
• Design & Architecture: Develop and implement SOA-based APIs to ensure accurate data capture and transmission from HES to MDMS. Manage one-way and two-way communication protocols for smart meters.
• Integration Processes: Link billing system (CC&B), MDMS, and HES.
  

2. Project: National Water Company Saudi (NWC) - C2M Transition

Objective: Transition Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and Meter Data Management (MDM) applications to the Customer to Meter (C2M) platform with seamless integration via Middleware (OSB, SOA, APIGEE).

Scope: Ensure continuous communication between applications post-C2M implementation through strategic middleware integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Gather requirements and manage communications with business teams and IT stakeholders.
• Integration Impact Assessment: Evaluate external and internal constructs.
• Design & Architecture: Lead and optimize middleware integrations.
• Development & Implementation: Clone services for C2M redirection, update transformations, conduct unit testing, and implement APIGEE.
• Optimization & Backup: Optimize integrations and ensure data backup.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Perform end-to-end and performance testing.

MTN Customer Support and Integration

Services Provided: Provided end-to-end support for MTN customers, integrating subsystems and platforms using OSB and SOA middleware.

Key Achievements:

• Oracle Database Migration: Led the migration from Oracle 11g to 12c for MTN Nigeria.
• Techno-Functional Leadership: Acted as Techno-Functional Lead for Oracle's Business Support System (BSS), managing payments, collections, invoicing, account receivables, taxation, general ledger integration, and reporting across MTN operations in Zambia, Ivory Coast, Benin, and Eswatini.

• Stakeholder Management: Understand client requirements, provide solutions and enhancements. Engage with business teams and stakeholders from different IT teams to implement or improve solutions.

Project Description:

Objective: The project involves the design and development on various integration platforms using SOA 12c for providing services to third party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the Design and Development of services in SOA 12c using BPEL, Webservice calls, DB and File Adaptors integrating Oracle Cloud Fusion services

· Worked on complicated flows regarding creation of Sales Order, Customer Sites (Bill to and Ship to addresses), Shipments

· Conducted thorough unit testing, review of code and technical documents and resolved technical issues in SOA

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Responsible for development of middleware application using SOA suite and OSB which interacts with third party vendors.

· The SOA web-services were triggered by ESS jobs in a scheduled manner

· MFT was used to transfer files from output location to desired target locations.

· Created reusable service using OSB 12c as part of Logging and Fault Handling Framework

· Conducted self and peer review and Unit Testing to capture all cosmetic and minor errors and documenting the findings.
