• Conducted an online poll of the general population to gather honest feedback about their experiences with medical insurance. This allowed us to better understand client demands, identity areas for development, and how Insurance Companies may improve the overall quality of insurances services they provide.
- Conducted research on Medical Insurance, which included health insurance plans, key health insurance companies in India, a list of main ailments and their treatment costs in India, insurance claims, coverage and settlement.
• Data analysis was performed using Pie charts to indicate the classification of respondents (policyholders) depending on their demographics.
