- Delivered high-quality projects on time and within budget through strategic planning and resource management. During this time I was given opportunity to Q-Series development between 2017 end to 2019. Today it is one of the highest selling product from Milacron India.

- In 2014 was promoted as a Senior Engineer after successfully and independently leading machine Series like Omega, Hydron and all Electric Elektron machine.

- I was also visited parent company US during 2016 for retro fitments support for US old machine and making procedure.
- After my visit we have recorded 60 retro fitments order completion in a year.
- Also completed Design Activities for Elektron 650 which design in India and assemble US.

- After completion of my GET probabation period was given opportunity to work in Product line called Omega/Hydron. improvements.
- During this period I leran ERP system, standardization procedure and cost effective design at a same time servo developemnt projects and safeties requirement of machine.
- I have also convert all the Electrical circuit from Autocad to Autocad Electrical during this period.

- Join as a trainee Engineer in April 2009, where I learned Injection Molding Technology for 1 month.
- I have join in Design department after 1 month.
- First 6 months i have given task of evolute newly by Electrical Design Software (Autocad Electrical) and have succesfully converted first circuit in this software.
