• Worked with external implementation partners and internal teams (HR, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure that triple constraints (Scope, Time, Costs) are effectively managed. Some of the key projects include:

• Work with operations as an enablement partner to meet the strategic initiatives.

• Led the launch of a new business unit within the organization as a project manager, with a target of $1.6 million in revenue in the first year.
• Led the implementation of Robotic Process Automation within different business verticals by targeting cases that need cost reduction, elimination of human error, faster turnaround times, and that have a scope of scalability. Generated savings of $1.2 million in one year through 25 strategic RPA projects across the business.
• Lead the Customer Upgrade Program across three legacy platforms with revenue over $30 million (over 1,500 customers) to the new strategic platform by driving the development of overall integration plans, communications plans, and risk management plans.
• Effectively led and mentored a team of four project managers responsible for customer upgrades.
• Managed client accounts, generating $5 million annually, as a Business Relationship Manager.
