Deeply passionate about bridging the gap between the research and the development endeavors (both agriculture and environment related) of countries to emerge as climate resilient nations. This is aimed to achieve via proposing/evaluating/endorsing innovative adaptation and mitigation strategies either through a change in policy or through technology instruments.
Provide advice on how to parameterize (APSIM) model for application of Biochar for the soils and conditions in the intended districts (Maharashtra and Odisha in India. This includes chemical profiling of materials under realistic scenarios of C additions sourced from same study areas and their rates and associated crop management options (e.g. Timing of application and method etc).
