Product : Business Online - Corporate Banking App

• As a project Manager, currently managing 2 Scrum Teams (14+) from end-to-end project lifecycle for the Mobile Banking & Web banking applications ensuring solution and delivery of project with adherence to timelines
• Identifies the risks and developing the contingency plans to mitigate potential issues of the project and provides a duly updates to the senior management
• Successfully deployed various features in the corporate banking application features such as country based Payment tracker enablement for Unitary, bulk and basket payments and Onboarding the customer through API
• Actively involve in end to end Functional and Technical solution discussion, while preparing the FSD and Technical / API integration discussion ensuring the detailed requirements go to Engineering Team.
• Managing the team to ensure the developed features undergoes various screening of validations such as Performance, Risk Assessment and ensuring to deliver the feature in risk adverse approach

• To lead, guide, direct, assign tasks and evaluate the work of the team members which includes members from Jocata and as well as members from strategic software vendors (Time and Material / Fixed bid)

• Coordinate with external vendor team for various third-party integration

• Owning and managing the deliverables, which involves complex interactions between multiple systems and coordination between diverse teams
• To interact with the owners of multiple internal and external systems/interfaces in the areas of Application Security, Code Reviews
• Application Audits, API Integrations and Technology Integrations for ensuring timely delivery and to ensure that the developers understand their requirements correctly
• To use Azure DevOps for release management from development up to production release
