- Heading the Land and Legal Department and for Land acquisition for ming Lease, Prepared the Legal Report, Unit Compliance, Liaison with Government bodies and other statutory authorities.
- Major Achievements:
- 1. Waterbody Land issue (more the 25 Years) inside the Heart of the Plant same has been safeguarded from the Government Eviction trough filing litigation and obtained favorable judgment infavour of the company.
- 2. 37-A Land Approval: (more than 25 years) Our Company have acquired 3500 Acres of the land but application pending with Government for more than year. Liason with Revenue officials in District and state level and Government order (G.O) has been obtained.
- 3. Surplus Land Issue more than 10 year: In Karuru plant, the company have inadvertently purchased 11.00 Acres of the surplus land (Declared as Government Land) Liason with Revenue officials in District and state level approval and G.O has been obtained from the Government.
- 4. Temple Land Issue more than 10 year: In Karuru plant, the company have temple land inside the factory and Liason with Revenue officials in District and state level approval and G.O has been obtained from the Government.
- 5. Sale of Critical Land Tuticorin District, the Wind mill Land has Acquired the land from Dharani Cement. Around 25 Acres of the land has been purchased from not original owner and same has been transferred d from Dharani cement to Ultratech. We managed issue and revenue records has been updated in the name of Ultratech before the sale.
