Working with Ultratech Cement Limited as a Senior Officer in the RMC Department and managing the teram of 9 employees for smooth business handeling and increasing the profitability of organization

. Key role includes the following:

1. Working closely with vendors and ensuring proper availability of raw material as per requirement.

2. Managing all the logistics involved in operations, such as handling Transit Mixure Vendors, Cement Bulkers, etc.

3. Working closely with builders to supply RMC as per their requirement and maximize the number of customers.

4. Organizing several marketing activities to increase sales.

5. Working closely with the accounts department and making sure the payment of customers is done as per payment terms.

6. Managing all the RMC Plant activities, which includes maintenance of the plant as per SOP, managing manpower to operate the plant, etc.

7. Manage the Super Stockists and fulfilling their requirements as per the time.

8. Making new vendors and suppliers to increase the market share.

• Responsible for managing sales in Domestic Region, Asian countries & handling distributors in Asia Pacific countries, UAE & African Region

• Responsible for quality check of the data and for managing the project & fulfilling the requirements of client

• Responsible for managing & supporting sales team to increase sales & revenue for organization by taking Live sessions, In-person meetings

• Responsible for Business Development by providing Education Sessions & meet the sales target
