• Prepared detailed and accurate project cost estimates for railway, bridge, and tunnel works in the Lonavla Ghat section.
• Managed billing and documentation for multiple engineering sites, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinated with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure timely and correct invoicing.

• Managed estimation and billing activities for all 10 project locations within the Lonavla section.
• Coordinated with multiple stakeholders (engineering, contractors, and railway authorities) for seamless progress of railway track, bridge strengthening, and tunnel rehabilitation works.
• Monitored progress, prepared site reports, and ensured compliance with technical specifications and contractual requirements.

Project: Aishwaryam Comfort Gold, Akurdi — Residential + Commercial Project (4,00,000 sq. ft.)
Location: Near Khandoba Mal Chowk, Akurdi, Pune
