With over 18 years of experience in SaaS and CPaaS, I am a global sales, product, and technology leader who drives growth and customer satisfaction for Sinch and its partners. I have a MBA, a PGCPM in Marketing and Brand Management, and multiple certifications in emotional intelligence, humble leadership, and entrepreneurship.
As the Head of Partnerships at Sinch, I lead the team that creates and executes productive and mutually beneficial integration partnerships with technology partners, enabling them to leverage Sinch's AI-powered chat and voicebot platform, Chatlayer, that supports over 100 languages. I also ideate and evaluate joint solutions, educate GTM teams on value proposition and competitive differentiation, and collaborate with the marketing team on structuring innovative campaigns and webinars.
