With over 18 years of experience in SaaS and CPaaS, I am a global sales, product, and technology leader who drives growth and customer satisfaction for Sinch and its partners. I have a MBA, a PGCPM in Marketing and Brand Management, and multiple certifications in emotional intelligence, humble leadership, and entrepreneurship.

As the Head of Partnerships at Sinch, I lead the team that creates and executes productive and mutually beneficial integration partnerships with technology partners, enabling them to leverage Sinch's AI-powered chat and voicebot platform, Chatlayer, that supports over 100 languages. I also ideate and evaluate joint solutions, educate GTM teams on value proposition and competitive differentiation, and collaborate with the marketing team on structuring innovative campaigns and webinars. My mission is to empower enterprises to create great communication solutions that enhance their customer experience.
