  • Performing the Delivery Manager role at offshore for a Logistics client and managing a team of ~ 120+ resources currently.
  • SPOC at Offshore for any Project delivery escalations.
  • Work closely with Client engagement manager and Client relationship manager for the growth of the account and build the strategies.
  • Actively participate in all new deals and work with various practice leaders in developing the responses for RFP’s.
  • Follow Organization Deal Governance policy and adhered the process defined for any new deals / exiting contracts renewals.
  • For all new win deals, facilitate with Talent Fulfilment & acquisition teams to ramp up the Project teams as per the solution and ensure that Team available as per the agreed project kickoff date.
  • Provide the needed assistance to all account Program & Project managers for the successful delivery of the projects.
  • Review & monitor all the active projects in account and work with client delivery managers for the contracts due for renewal.
  • Participate in key programs weekly status call with client and review the Project KPI/SLA’s status.
  • Drive the account level Monthly governance review meeting with client Vendor program office lead and briefed the account level updates.
  • Review the Project sold margins Vs Actuals along with program / project Managers and look for ways to improve the GM & utilization.
  • Responsible to work towards to improve the account revenue as per the Organization targets.
  • Participate in Quarterly business review meetings with client senior leadership team and demonstrate account level updates & highlights.
  • Identify client key stakeholders and work towards to build a strong client relationship.
  • Responsible to meet the account level objectives (Client Satisfaction and Gross Margins)
  • Review the client provided feedback as part of CSAT survey and work with PM / DE SPOC to develop a systematic improvement plan.
  • Participate in MMR (Monthly management review) call along with Process manager and review the account level process adherence.
  • Liaising with client Delivery Manager on various delivery / operational issues and work towards resolution.
  • Work with Invoicing & Finance teams on invoices submission and coordinate with client to address any challenges.
  • Involved in Project Management review meetings with internal Delivery excellence team along with senior management.
  • Taken various account level initiatives (Technology council, Innovations / Value adds, Client university, etc..) in the program.
