• Successfully completed a design & built project of M/s Michelin India Tamilnadu Tyres Pvt Ltd, Head Office at Chennai. This project had completed 17 days before than the estimated time schedule. (Construction schedule was 120 days work had completed in 103 days).
• A part of a team of first time introduced and implemented "Radiant cooling system" new methodology to improve the building cooling capacity and reduce the electrical power consumption in SDB-11 - M/s. Infosys project at Pune.
• Successfully completed with design & built of Fit-out / Miscellaneous works - 5 floors (1000 work stations) and infrastructure & MEP services works in M/s. Infosys project at Pune.
• A Part of a team of first time introduced and implemented "Air 2O system" new methodology to maintain the outdoor area in cool and comfortable temperature installed and successfully running in Souq Al Bahara (shopping mall) project at Bahrain.
• 424nos of flats in different height of 11nos high rise buildings G+9 floors - 5 buildings, G+5 floors - 4 buildings, G+11 floors - 2 buildings completed and successfully handed over to client from Mar-2016 to Dec-2021 in Bahrain.+

• Interact with client and design team to develop the drawings, specification etc as per project requirement with value engineering.
• Coordinating and preparing Tender packages, evaluate the techno-commercial offers and provide necessary support to client to finalize the vendors, suppliers, & contractors etc.
• Prepare a Plans, implements, delegate tasks to respective stake holders, track performance, monitor and record the progress, implement mitigate plans when and where required and deliver the project in scheduled time & budget.
• Prepare the reports, records and share the same to applicable stake holders including high level management in scheduled periodic time.
• Ensure the project goals, budget and timeline and deliver the projects with comply the specifications and authority requirements.
• Analyzing, reviewing, preparation, submission and getting approval of Construction program, Manpower Histogram, Pre-Qualification documents etc.
• Reviewing Project specification, Coordinate with design team and contractor, Arrange and get the material approvals.
• Prepare project cash flow statement, monitor and plan the works to achieve and maintain the positive cash flow.
• Timely submission of clarifications if found any variance with drawings, specification and actual site condition. Maintain the change orders and issue/get the variation approvals.
• Maintaining and sending In & Out correspondence letter communications in line with work progress and contract documents.
• Liaisoning with all stack holders like Client, Consultant, PMC, Vendors, 3rd party team & government authorities to getting approvals for occupation.
• Designing of Electrical cabling, Electrical loads schedule, Containment sizing, Power & Lighting service as per local and international standards.
• Good execution and coordination knowledge in all other service like PHE, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire alarm, CCTV, Access control, Structural cabling, network system, BMS, SMATV, & Civil.
