• Oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth and retail clients, monitoring account performance, and ensuring a balanced mix of deposits, loans, and investments to meet profitability targets.
• Ensure smooth branch operations by managing daily activities such as cash handling, transaction processing, and check transfers, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Generate and analyze regular MIS reports to track branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve branch targets.

Credit Business Centre (Relationship Manager)-25/04/2024 to 05/11/2024

• Engaging with the Nine Branches of a Region as Relationship manager of Credit Business Center, overseeing A2A & A2L operations for products(Auto loan ,Unsecured Loan, Mortgage loan ,Educational loan ,SMEG,BLG,CC )to increase CASA acquisition growth.
• Maintaing Daily MIS to oversee and discuss with Regional Manager for better revenue growth as well as arranging meeting at day end for Business Planning and Feedback.
• Collaborating and team work with other Product Team and Credit Manger for Business development andn Planning.

• Transaction Management: Efficiently manage daily banking operations, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored financial solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Account Maintenance: Oversee the opening, closing, and maintenance of customer accounts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including transaction summaries and account reconciliations, to support decision-making and operational efficiency
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as IT, compliance, and customer service, to ensure seamless banking operations and the successful implementation of new initiatives
• Cash Handling: Manage cash flow, perform cash reconciliations, and ensure the security of cash within the branch
• Focusing on CASA pulling and FD as well as LI, GI, and HI for more revenue growth for the organisation
