As a leader was responsible for $45 Million Sales of Trane India operations was driving the Equipment Backlog and Sales, as well as implementing and continuously optimizing all Customer Care processes, productivity metrics covering customer inquiries, orders, expedition, technical advice, sales invoicing, forecasting, logistics and customer administration.
