• Monitor MH & TC Operations at SC_HJR and identify improvement opportunities.
• Accountable for Planning, Design, Operationalization of shipments processing & delivery networks with the help of central teams.
• Work closely with FC, FM & LM Operations Heads in reviewing and optimization of distribution network.
• Define track and improve on key metrics like breach, MIS shipments etc. for given region.

• Responsible for B2B/JIT Operation of CDC Kolkata.
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce engaged in receiving, GRN, Sorting, Packing and shipping products or materials.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets, Maintain metrics and analyse data to access performance and implement improvements.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met.
