• Manpower planning, and deployment.
• Increase productivity and rejection control.
• Daily verification of poke yoke, machine check-sheet and 5s checksheet.
• Trained team on best practices to optimize production and improve quality.
• Responsible for making daily production plan according to daily production targets.
• Implementation of 5s, kaizen and line balancing process.
• Ensure production as per hourly targets.
• To optimize the productivity by various methods- by continual improvements, optimum utilization of all the resources 4 M ( Man, Machine, Material, method.)
• Overall control on manpower and utilization.
• Preparing daily production report(DPR), Rejection report(RR) and Gap analysis.
• Down time and breakdown report updating with actions.
• EMS, IATF, OHSAS.
