- Daily Coordinating with Godown staffs and Area in charges for effective support to the market.
- Co-ordination with marketing team for all kind of day to day activities.
- Co-ordination with Packing Plant & weight bridge for maintain weight variation.

- Coordinated and monitored outbound deliveries, keeping abreast of delays and other issues.
- Provided guidance and support to staff members in order to increase productivity levels.
- Target Setting for self and the Team and evaluating the achievements.
- Coordinate with Sales team, and ensure timely Deliveries with cost effective transport solutions.
- Maintain man power availability as per work pressure during a shift.
- Market visit to get availability of trucks and market trend.
