• Working in a Quality Assurance team; reviewing of Quality System of the plant by organizing monthly quality checks .
• Documentation Compliance.
• Reviewing and compiling quality key indicators and sharing the same with the senior management.
• Exhibiting on-time completion of regulatory queries; working with Quality Management System.
• Formulating Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) to rule out incidents in future.
• Preparing SOPs based on any change like pharmacopeias requirement or feedback from the shop
floor or any comments from previous audits, & updating of records, incorporating changes.
• Examining issuance logbooks and master batch records; providing corrections in line with the process.
• Ensuring that all controlled quality procedures, test methods, and documents are kept confidential and access to the laboratory remains restricted at all times
Job Responsibilities:
• Completed 160 hours (20 days) of exposure in Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control (Micro & Chemical), Facility and Stores Department of Micro Labs Ltd. Kumbalgudu.
