Supported HBJ gas pipeline project across India through complex stakeholder coordination.

• Joined the HBJ Project in Feb, 1989 as Assistant Material Controller for COMPRESSOR STATION till June, 1990. The preliminary responsibilities included support sites for Damage/Shortage materials with corrective measures for reordering, claiming to Insurance/Vendors. Followed by delivery control measures such as expediting, overseas/inland transportation and customs clearance. Troubleshooting by visiting site for onsite support.
• Joined START-UP Department as Material Controller from 1st July, 1990 till Dec., 1990 with responsibility for overall compilation and availability of Two year spare parts for the project.
• Joined GUARANTEE Department from January, 1991 with responsibilities for overall "Permanent and Temporary Materials" controlling for the project.

• Created and managed budgets for improved cost control.
• Tracked inventory levels and optimised ordering strategies to meet availability needs whilst maintaining budget goals.
