· Preparemonthly production plan and collaborate with Manufacturing team for execution of the same

· Capacity analysis to ensure optimum utilization of resources

· Collaborate with Sales/PLM to analyze sales forecast for visibility providing long term

· Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure on time delivery to customers

· Ensure optimum inventory requirements are generated based on sales orders & forecast to achieve on time delivery, productivity & maintain inventory targets

· Coordinate with Purchase team for long term material visibility & timely escalation in case of challenges

· Ensure monthly/Quarterly revenue targets are met

· Continuously evaluate the existing planning processes for identification of inefficiencies and set up stronger processes.

· Drive planning team to ensure kitting of material to feed the for optimum capacity utilization production lines

· Manage Stores Function through Daily Management

· MIS Reporting - Weekly and Monthly MIS Reports on deliverables planned

· Analyze data critically to resolve issues and provide countermeasures wherever targets are not met.

• Production planning & Manpower handling
• Fortnight Audit And Maintaining daily MIS & ISO documents
• Raw material requisition
• Cost Analysis, Kaizen,Six Sigma, 5S & CAPA
• Monitoring new development or design related process & its documentation
• Troubleshooting for maintaining quality of products

• Maintaining PPAP documents
• Costing and yield improvement - Implementing changes in existing design - Kaizen & SIX SIGMA
• Regularly attending daily and weekly quality and production review meeting, update the Corrective, preventive and Improvement action
• Maintain scrap cost within target, conduct daily scrap review and take corrective actions
