  • Expanded Trailer Fleet in HMSI from 68 Trailer in 2019 to 600 trailers in 2025 (Mar’25) - Cost saved thru trailer in last fiscal - 165Mn.

  • Implemented CNG fleet in HMSI for distribution of FG goods to dealers under 175 km, cost saved to company - 2 million, expansion to 300 km in current fiscal, and projected cost saving - 15 million
  • Developed and implemented the tracking mobile app 'Locate' in HMSI for end-to-end visibility and various information about in-transit loads to dealers (live tracking, model details, driver details, e-ways details, etc.)
  • Headed the project for BSIV stock liquidation through dealer-to-dealer transactions; 5,100 units were moved across 122 locations, and cost savings were 15 million (project cost approximately 20 million; actual cost 5 million)
  • Single-handedly headed a project for BSIV Call Back Stock from dealer to company, 2,000 units picked from 32 locations in 15 days, and cost savings in GST returns and liquidation through a local exporter were 50 million
  • Managed the 'Synergy Project' for multimodal transportation: the first combined dispatch project of HMSI and HCIL, dispatched from North to South by train, resulting in CO2 and time savings of 4 days; HMSI is a pioneer in truck-on-train dispatches from the North to the West region, achieving CO2 and time savings of 2 days
