• Data Streaming via Kafka
  Engineered a robust data streaming solution using Kafka, ensuring seamless provision of data in required format. This facilitated internal team's endeavors in refining their ML models, which subsequently led to a significant reduction in data noise, optimization achieved by another specialized team.
• Generative AI Support Co-Pilot - Led creation of a generative AI "Support Co-Pilot" during a hackathon, designed to provide contextual, intelligent responses to customer queries. Project's success in beta phase showcased potential for a more engaging, conversational customer support experience and set groundwork for its full-scale implementation.
• Bamboo for CI/CD
  Enhanced build stability within CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, achieving 95% build success rate and ensuring that 98% of sequential builds executed without hitches.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Created and documented development plan using agile methodologies by understanding user requirements.
• Designed end-end system by choosing programming language , cloud platform and database server best suited to user requirements.
