  • Under Strategy 3.0 initiative sponsored by the CEO, the Finance transformation program objectives were to re-build data, processes and systems across Concept to market (C2M), O2C(Order to Cash), P2V (Project to Value) and R2R (Request to Resolve) processes to bring a 'step change' in customer experience and accelerate business growth.
  • Led the program delivering 'Request to Resolve' business processes and technology stack comprising ServiceNow and 3CL (IVR) alongside (O2C) Boomi, Salesforce, Oracle - Netsuite and OpenAir (P2V).
  • Managed the delivery team of 50 (with 3 PMs) including OneAdvanced's delivery partners, software vendors and internal business analyst /Org Change teams.
  • Collaborated with business leadership to set priorities based on business needs, resource capacity and risk exposure.
  • Established strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring support for program initiatives.

  • Led the cybersecurity operations rollout for a UK based specialist insurer. This was a key project of their IT resilience program for 2022-2023 which delivered 40% improvement in proactive detection and correction of critical security incidents .
