Back in 2010 I started my career as a Chef and have grown in that field during that process being on the healthier side of 110kg I started to practice Yoga. I started seeing a major graph of weight loss in me and hence to skill it I took a 200-hour TTC course in Yoga.
During COVID-19 as the being a certified yoga coach, I started training people online was a turning point in my life to be a part of the yoga coach. I choose to change my profession from full-time regional chef to a yoga coach. Hence I started working for Mould Fitness Studio and grew in this field with my clients, company and a growth in me too.
