  • As Chief of Staff to the CEO, I’m responsible for creating Business level strategies & scaling business, driving new business initiatives, leading change management in the organization and helping the CEO in working efficiently
  • Developed and executed GTM strategy (Pricing, Online & Offline communication and distribution) for Project Hero's contractor services, helped Project Hero expand in 20+ hubs (state) across India
  • Launched and headed Project Hero's Enterprise business (New Initiative), ran FPH Projects and Material Sales business with 30+ Biggest general contractors like L&T, Adani, Prestige Group etc, generating a total GTV of $5Mn and Revenue of $250K in first 6 months of operations
  • Spearheaded Project Hero’s user growth with Offline and Product Lead growth initiatives, growing worker users from 40K to 800K and Contractor from 4K to 90K registered contractors onto the platform (~20X and ~22X) in a span of 11 months
  • Setup Material Sales and Project Operations teams – hired, mentored 35+ personnel
  • Setting up CRM, Metrics & Incentive plans to run a highly profitable sales and projects team

  • As a P&L Lead, I was responsible for category P&L of Home Service and Maintenance Category, User growth, Rewards (Commission Planning), Operations and Fulfillment, Service Quality (NPS, CSAT) and GTM for new category launches
  • Headed the Home Repair Category portfolio business for South and East cluster, P&L leader responsible for Demand forecasting and Quarterly and Annual operating plan for 12 city teams and their managers
  • Lead a team of 70+ managers and trainers across South and East cluster, handling business vol
  • Of 1.4 Mn orders annually with an AOV of INR ~700/Order
  • Lead Category launch for Men's Grooming and Full Home Cleaning services, generating ~ INR 25+ Crore GTV and ~ INR 8 Crore in gross margins in the first year of Operations
  • Designed Category wide SOPs for service delivery (Service Fulfillment) and trainer audits, implementing it across the categories to achieve 20% jump in NPS and 12% jump in service delivery, improving revenue by ~INR 6 crores and repeat orders by ~3%
  • Created PAN India, city level Rewards and Incentive structure for the Professional base of ~12,000 and budget of INR 10+ Crores
  • Opined and implemented automation of the Sales process, lead generation through on ground and digital marketing, by engaging external agencies to improve the hiring process of the Service Professional to seamlessly onboard ~ 5K Professionals across 16 Cities
  • Programmed Onboarding, training and post live success of ~12K professionals across the categories and geographies
  • Finance: Budgeting and controlling monthly, quarterly and annual spends for all the portfolio categories
