- Company Overview: Lords Chloro Alkali Limited was in corporate in 1979, for producing and exporting a wide range of chemicals, which commanded the market in North India. It’s engaged in manufacturing of Caustic Soda, Liquid Chlorine, Hydro Chloric Acid, Hypo Chlorite and Chlorinated Paraffin. Its manufacturing facilities are located at Alwar(Rajasthan). The Company run site plant at 300 tons per day (TPD) NaOH during the year.
- Started Job at LCAL as In-charge Of Brine Plant, DM Plant and Waste Air De Chlorination Plant.
- First Project at LCAL as Conversion of Calcium Hypochlorite to Sodium Hypo Chlorite.
- Completed Successfully erection and commissioning Of Sodium Hypo Chlorite.
- Then Completed major project of 225 TPD ETP and 12TPD STP.
- Then Completed Major Project of 50TPD Chlorinated Paraffin plant and In-Charge of plant.
- Chemical Handling Salt, Caustic, Chlorine, Brine, N-Paraffin Oil, Olifin Oil, Epoxy Soya Oil, liquid and gas chlorine, Hydrogen gas, also.
- Maintaining All Raw Material Stock, Consumption and Quality.
- Planning, monitoring and evaluation, trouble shooting of process plant saving large size machineries.
- Communication, coordination & assisting subordinates in production process with yield & quality.
- Responsible for safe start-up, shut down & emergency handling related to operations.
- Maintain record of daily consumption chemicals, inventory, water and chemical balance System accordingly.

- Relive Saurashtra Chemical as Shift Incharge Of Wet Section.
- Knowledge of equipment used for unit operations and processes like Distillation, Absorption, Carbonation, Filtration, Sedimentation, Evaporator, Lime Kiln, Slaking, Heat Exchangers.
- Handling of chemicals like Na2S, Ammonia Carbon dioxide, Brine, Lime Stone, Coal, Activated Lime.
