(Manager - Operations & Quality)
a. Oversee compliance to NABH requirements & ensuring adherence to established Clinical & Non Clinical protocols.
b. Implementing Quality initiatives & improvement project for key operational areas in all clinical, managerial & technical areas.
c. Data Analytics for management & presentation to indirect customers - including HMIS & SPSS.
d. Utilizing accreditation mechanisms & quality improvement tools to address the gap between current & future quality performance.
e. Responsible for data collection & analysis of KPI’s, Incident reports & submit reports to authorities.
f. Resource Academic Coordinator (IDCCM, CTCCM, IDCCN, FCC) for Short-Term Programs
g. Ensuring safe care to patients, adhering to policies, procedures, monitoring and standards within budgetary specifications, including time management and accuracy of practice.
h. Plan, coordinate and manage internship program/duty, CSR activity and Health Check-up arrangement, Medical Tourism, NAAC integrated activities.
i. Provide administrative sustenance and custody to several departments (Reception, Radiology, Emergency, ICU, Cath lab, Dialysis Centre, Social work, Biomedical & Maintenance, Purchase, Security and Transport department)
j. Review all project drafts and regulatory documents to provide a clear understanding of work scope and clarity potential issues.
k. Responsible for leading the District Blindness Control Program (NPCBVI) in NGO based trust hospital.
I am also professionally engaged in as privileged as an Honorary Academician for Paramedical courses (UG & PG) at Parul University mainly responsible for setting the exam question papers, evaluations, lectures, guiding the students for the clinical projects.
Worked as Clinical Optometrist cum Tutor at Parul Sevashram Hospital, Vadodara (750 bedded Super & Multi-Specialty) from June, 2018 to October, 2020. The job responsibilities included -
a. Perform comprehensive eye and vision tests
b. Prescribe eyeglasses and therapeutic drugs to treat specific eye conditions which state laws permit
c. Provide personalized temporary and permanent solutions to sight issues based on specific case
