• Managed successful implementation of two large-scale software projects, by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resulting in increase in customer satisfaction.
• Established the AEM Development Center in SDS India, pioneering its launch and securing multiple Samsung.com projects using AEM as frontend thereafter.
• Led and managed a team of full-stack and QA engineers in the development of Cloud MES (Manufacturing Execution System), a cloud-based solution designed for automated manufacturing sites, incorporating automation engines to replace manual tasks and an intuitive user interface.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams ( AEM, QA, Devops, Security) to ensure project requirements were met on time and within budget. and developed an effective project roadmap that enabled stakeholders to stay informed on project progress and deadlines

Project: Classic Bankline Application (Commercial and Private Banking): An internet-based banking platform for commercial and private banking services, including fund transfers (BACS, CHAPS), payment tracking, and transaction management.

Responsibilities:

• Developed robust, scalable applications through comprehensive testing and debugging processes.
• Managed outsourced vendor teams, ensuring quality delivery and timely completion of tasks.
• Supervised deployments and provided troubleshooting and user support.
• Led the design, development, and deployment of multiple change requests (CRs), enhancing payment advices, transaction PDFs, and international transfers.
• Integrated foreign exchange rates and deal references for international payments via the TFXRS interface.
• Designed and developed email notification for new user registrations (Welcome, Account Activation, and Onboarding emails)
• Collaborated across teams to deliver functionalities for Clubs and Societies customers within Bankline Admin.
• Enhanced system performance by optimizing coding structures and implementing best practices in software design.

Project: Voucher Enquiry Service (VES):

Responsibilities:

• Maintained and enhanced the VES application, ensuring smooth integration with backend systems.
• Resolved critical Java issues, improving the front-end and back-end integration.
• Successfully migrated VES from Websphere Application Server v6.0 to v8.5.5 and upgraded JDK from v5 to v7.

Project: Future Clearing Model (FCM):

Responsibilities:

• Designed and developed a standalone Java application (JAR) for use in Informatica PowerCenter to execute critical transformations in java. It performed functionalities like:
• Connecting to HSM (Hardware security module) and implementing secure message processing (HSM integration, XML validation, and digital signing).
• Processing Outbound/Inbound Message by integrating it with MQ to handle message exchange between RBS and the industry.
• Image manipulation (Splitting and merging back and front Voucher/ cheque Images.)

Contributed to the development and maintenance of key pharmacy functions for a leading US pharmacy chain. This application supported various pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, prescription fulfillment, insurance claims adjudication, patient profile management, and outreach calls.

Responsibilities:

• Played a key role in requirements analysis, feasibility study, and effort estimation for new features and enhancements.
• Led the development, coding, and unit testing of software modules, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Participated in code reviews and implemented performance optimization techniques to enhance system efficiency.
• Actively involved in client meetings, addressing change requests, and presenting product updates.
• Supported pre and post-deployment activities to ensure smooth rollouts and issue resolution.
