Project: Anti-Financial Crime - Name List Screening Workbench

• Working on the Name List Screening Workbench application, which facilitates the investigation of alerts generated from Fircosoft (a screening engine to screen party data against watchlist data, including SAE, PEP, ADM, and INT lists) to improve alert investigation processes, triaging accuracy, and operational workflows.
• Actively participating in product roadmap discussions and vision-building exercises for the Name List Screening Workbench, ensuring alignment with Audit and Regulatory requirements.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and QBR/PI planning, ensures effective sprint execution and successful delivery of quarterly business objectives.
• Performing comprehensive requirement elicitation and impact analysis aligned with business priorities, minimizing risk exposure.
• Creating high-quality BRDs, FRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, use case diagrams, and data dictionaries for Name List Screening features/enhancements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including QA, Development, Compliance teams, UX teams, Auditors, and business users, to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
• Enhancing delivery timelines and stakeholder visibility through effective documentation practices and proactive communication.
• Raising and tracking key dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure timely delivery, aligned with regulatory compliance goals.
• Managing UAT planning and execution, performing issue resolution, and driving closure of critical defects prior to production releases.
