Description
SwervePay is a web based legacy application developed using Perl and Mason
framework. The application actually does the payment service through different
payment methods such as Credit Card, ACH, Cash and Paper Check. It uses multiple
payment gateways to process the payments. We enhance the application based on
the requirements and provide the technical support for the application.

Technologies
Object Oriented Perl, Mason, Test Driven development using Test Mojo, Rest API,

Description
This is a nightly process, which has multiple codes written in Perl. It gets the input
data from different formats of file and moves those data to Oracle DB. This data,
which is in Oracle DB, are later migrated to Azure SQL.

• Created a nightly update process using Perl to pull the input data from different types of files and move those data to Oracle database.
• Convert the Oracle queries equivalent to Azure Sql.
• Migrate the data from the Oracle database tables to Azure Sql database tables.

This is a back-office application, which was developed using PERL. We have enhanced few modules in the application and providing a technical support for the application. This is a critical application, which handles the warehousing and employee data of Siemens.

Description
To Grant and Revoke access to the given groups. People shouldn’t have access to all the databases. Certain group should have permission only to their databases. So we revoke permission from the public group and grant permission to the given groups. Used Perl script to automate this task.

McDonald’s sales application was developed using Perl. My role and responsibility was to give production support for the application and also trained the team in Perl.

Description
Developed automated code using Perl and shell scripting, which picks the change reasons that are checked in by the developers for the day and automatically labeling it in the ClearCase. After labeling, the code gets installed in the testing environment. Also after getting installed the automated test suite (RFT) is invoked to test the codes. If in case of any failed test cases defects are raised in the ClearQuest and an email is sent to the concerned developer to re check it. This entire process is a nightly build and is scheduled using Jenkins.

• Product Cataloguing - This is an E-commerce project. Collecting Information such as Product Title, Description, Features, Price, other details sold online. The collected product details are then moved into the database. Later those details are accessed through Perl database interface to reflect it in the tool which is developed using Perl.
• Price Monitoring - Automate the process of analyzing the price for client products from CSEs and Compare the Client price with the competitor price and analyze the rank for the product with competitors and generate the report every day for client products.
