This means having to continually reinvent myself almost every year. In the 10 years, I have played all possible role culminating as the leader of innovation team. As the innovation team lead, I have helped shape the strategic vision for the company, and ensured the vision translates to tangible outcomes on the ground. - DE and ML: Led one of the largest AI and ML cloud migration projects for the largest retailer in the world: DE and ML pipelines, and BI reports for 170 million customers, 20 TB daily data volume, 450 AIML models, delivered 20x productivity gains for analysts, with savings of $20 million in marketing spend per quarter.
- Analytics and BI: Built the analytics team for the online grocery team for the largest retailer in the world. Supported the launch and expansion of the online grocery business to over 4,500 stores and 80 million customers in the U.S. Helped define store expansion, new market penetration, labor and inventory planning, customer acquisition and retention, and store experience strategies for the client.
- Product Analytics: Product analytics and customer journey analytics to drive the adoption of the newly launched phone app for the largest retailer in the world. Analysed over 1 billion customer interactions on e-commerce and phone apps to define adoption journeys for new and existing users.
