Daily repairs - Static Engineer

• Performing Static based calculations based on the damage criteria.

• Final source data creation (FSD) for the SRM tasks and the related Airbus Aircrafts like SA A320/A321, LR A330/A340, WB A350-900/-100, XWB A380
• Performed redlining on SRM tasks using Static report and Fatigue report Data
• Repair knowledge on fuselage structures
• Creation of Applicability zonings based on relevant provided reports
• Managing SRM , repair solutions for in-service passenger and cargo aircraft.• Wrote, reviewed and edited technical document in accordance with template requirements.
• Developed positive working relationships with customers to effectively coordinate work activities.
• Interacted with subject matter experts to develop training material and tools for personnels.

• 2D and 3D meshing of gas turbine components
• Pre-Processing and Deck preparation for Abaqus and LS dyna
• Convergence Issue and Error debugging in Abaqus and LS dyna
• Involved in generating reports and documents.
