• Coordination with multiple teams such as Network, Exchange serve teams, hardware team, etc.
• Configuring Microsoft Outlook for user and troubleshooting Mail Problem, Outlook data backup.
• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting network printers.
• L1 level troubleshooting.
• Monitor & ensure all the systems are up to date with patches and security fixes.
• Good experience to support with remote sessions.
• Applying 3 strike rules for backlog incidents to reduce the incident queue.
