The client is based in Jackson ville, Florida, USA. Reference Files is part of the Centralized Transportation System. The purpose of the system is to create and maintain the data base of new rail existing and the expired. Its stands as the base for rest of the business modules and thus it considers as the critical system. UTMS is a part of the Transportation Management System, which involves shipment of commodities like coal, grain, and bulk from load origin to the destination. The term unit train is used since the goods in the entire train are of the same commodity type.
