1. RFID based Track & Trace solutions:

Using RFID HF & UHF technology to trace pallets/skids in automotive assembly line & send read data over fieldbus network to control system & IOT/IT systems through OPC-UA. Some clients we did provided data logging inside virtual server on the customer premises. We performed this application in many leading automotive manufacturers such as Skoda,MG, Mahindra etc.

2. Condition Monitoring Platform:

We used IO-link sensors for measurement & monitoring of critical condition parameters such as Temperature, Humidity, Vibration of machines in factory floor as well process plants. sensors measures data & provide this data to control systems & IOT platform on Turck cloud portal & to customer IT network over OPC-UA.

3. Pick to Light solutions for Assembly:

There is huge requirement of correct child part picking in automotive assembly line & operators often do mistakes in picking right parts; hence Pick to Lights provide visual light indications for the operators for picking correct parts from bins before assembly which saves production delays. We developed library for this function & provided solutions on various platforms such as siemens , codesys , rockwell.

4. Waste water treatment plant Automation:

We used Delta controls systems along with Vijeo Citect SCADA platform for to control the whole waste water treatment plant automation. This is implemented in Seco tools India Ltd. Pune. The control logic is handled by Delta PLC whereas front end user interface is provided via HMI & SCADA software

5. Oil tank storage control:

We used Allen Bradley PLC & HMI along with factory talk SCADA for the level & storage control & monitoring of oil storage tanks & control it’s in out flow. We used SQL for data storage & report generation.
