1) CPS - Courier Issues

Description: 

Courier issues is the process where the team receive the rush requests to the designated email box under 'OREQ Core' application. Issues are like: Rush Extraction Requested, Courier No Show, Removal Procedure Not Followed; Missing Deposits etc., a spreadsheet with all the info needed to open/close the SR. 

FTE & Cost Saving: Implemented bots to handle customer service requests, reducing the need for 5 FTEs and Saving the company $120K per year.

2) PI - CCM Migration

Client                        : Santander

Role                          : Business analyst, Project manager

Description: 

The objective of this project to migrate many templates data which includes account statements, overdrafts, current statements, savings account etc., from PI (Platform Informatica) to CCM (Client Communication Management). The target templates (Master/child) rebuild on Inspire designer and Interactive with java reformat to match the source PI output. The Confluence application helpful to maintain the different stages of migration details and ServiceNow used for the required release tickets which are mandatory as part of the migration. 

3) Automation Anywhere, Airtel 

Description:

 Automation anywhere support their clients to implement the automation of different desktop/web based applications by understanding the requirements/challenges of the applications, ROI and implement the full/partial automation. Provide the hyeprcare support to the clients and thereafter the automation BOTs handover to the support team.

· Lead deep-dive sessions to thoroughly understand business processes, prepare detailed design documents, and review them with business teams.

· Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, eliminating understanding gaps and securing customer or business sign-off.

· Guide development teams on best practices, frameworks, and reusable components 

· Drive the code reviews, and adherence to project milestones.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders and account leaders to align project objectives, lead cross-functional teams, and proactively remove impediments for on-time, high-quality project delivery.

· Identify and mitigate risks associated with RPA implementations, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards. Implement automation modules and develop UAT test cases for validation.
