Analyzing client's request and assisting them based on the nature of the query.

Allows an investor to withdraw a amount from their investments periodically after their retirement or termination.

Allows to withdraw annually from traditional IRA's and employer sponsored retirement plans as per US tax law.

Taking an available rollover eligible distribution and directly rolling to both account with in the same plan.

For a deceased or terminated participant moves there non vested account balance to forfeiture account.

Ensure adherence to all audit policies andprocedures.

Development of control checks before delivering to client which will improve the quality of deliverable by doing internal review for the activities done to ensure there is no error which could cause either financial or reputation loss.

Reconciliation of the charges for clients of the State Street, i.e., Generating revenue for the company.

Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.

Reconcile between Book Receivables and Income Payment statements.

Generating Weekly/ Monthly MIS reports, e.g., Invoices, Performance Metrics, Delivering Adhoc Reports for process without missing SLA/TAT.

To create and update Standard operating procedure (SOP), Instruction sheet, for each client as per signed Fee Schedule (Contract)
