Vendor reconciliation and queries:

• Vendor information received for processing and duly checks i.e email, call back are performed before on-boarding.
• Banking details updating for Employees and Vendors.
• Open items on vendor statements are vigorously followed up and escalated whenever necessary.
• Monthly closing process, including reviewing reports and performing other control activities.
• Resolving duplicate payments and double payments.
• Monthly connect with stakeholders to better understanding.

Vendor Maintenance team.

• On boarded vendor data across global locations and troubleshoot issues concerning invoices, payments status.
• Update vendor master records globally and make changes to it based on collected data after proper confirmation and validation.
• Vendor risk score were analyzed with help of VETTING Tool so that high risk vendors are eliminated while on-boarding vendors.
• Assisted top management and stakeholders with AP management data, unpaid report, Payment rejection reports and KPI reports.
